Total rewrite of the addon.  Looks kinda the same but with subtle differences.  /coconfig will bring up a new config window to adjust some factors like Splotch size, maximum alpha, and even a button to test this out with a slider to simulate how hard you smoosh something.

Redesigned how everything is calculated and worked on the whole trig function to simulate blood viscosity on the screen..  Different splotches have different drip rates making this more aesthetically pleasing.  Let me know what you think in the comments.
