This Classic Era beta includes:

• Quest guidance with live quest objectives and completion tracking.
• Waypoint navigation and current-zone quest filtering.
• Quest banking to keep track of active quests and ready turn-ins.
• Suggested routes and leveling references.
• Dungeon information, loot tools and map views.
• Class-themed UI and live profession skill/recipe reading.
• A player-clicked follow helper for following a saved character name.

Type /fg to open Bacon. Use /baconcheck for diagnostics when reporting an issue.

Classic Era beta limitations

This is an early Era port. The previous test build has been tried by the author, but the public-package cleanup still needs broader in-game testing. Some inherited route, class and dungeon data is still being reviewed for Era.

Forever-specific training predictions and offline profession guides are disabled. Live recipe scanning requires opening your crafting window. Dungeon maps rely on textures available in your client; some floors may be blank or differ. Native waypoints, 3D navigation and gathering highlights depend on available APIs.

This public edition does not include the personal Warrior atlas or the private build's custom dungeon-map textures. It does not automate movement, combat, accepting quests or turning quests in.

Installation

Extract ForeverGuide into _classic_era_/Interface/AddOns/. When upgrading from a private test, back up and replace the addon folder instead of merging files. Enable the addon and type /fg. OpenMap is optional and not bundled.

Bug reports

Include your game version, Bacon version, what you were doing, and the first Lua error or screenshot. The output of /baconcheck is helpful too.

File changelog

First public Classic Era beta, based on the 4.9.14 Era test. Includes Era quest-log compatibility and corrected quest-bank capacity. Removes the personal Warrior guide, unverified custom dungeon artwork, unused vendor/development files, and three Forever-exclusive dungeon entries. Training predictions and offline profession guides remain disabled pending Era-specific data.
