Open the Crest Exchange vendor and a panel appears beside the window. Pick a direction (Upgrade or Downgrade), choose a conversion, set how many packs (or hit Max), and click Exchange. CrestExchange buys the satchels in bulk and automatically opens them from your bags when you close the vendor.
