Hotfix for protected UI handling in World of Warcraft Retail 12.1.

Fixes:

• Removed a protected movement-speed probe from CraftSuite movement-opacity handling.
• Prevented routine combat-end processing from rerunning the full CraftSuite window visibility reconciliation unless combat actually changed the window visibility.
• Resolves the CS-130 protected/taint failure reproduced around CraftCache Bags combat transitions.
