• Fix busted mock: GetStringWidth on child frame objects
  Child objects returned by the mock frame metatable now return 50 from
  GetStringWidth() so that SizeBtn arithmetic works in tests.

  Remove integration buttons that overlapped native UI in the professions
  crafting page, customer orders frame, and crafter orders view. The Get
  Materials button inside the addon panel remains and works the same way.
