Updated Necrolord signature ability to cast the construct ability by using the alt-modifier

Also updated the priest Night Fae Ability (Fae Guardians) to cast on player in case a non-friendly or no target is chosen (default behavior of ability is that it will otherwise not cast under these circumstances). If a friendly target exist it will be cast on that.
