Counterclock - Enemy Cooldown tracker for PvP, Arena, Battleground and Duels

Tracks your duel opponent's cooldowns on WoW Forever, where addons can't see them: press a key when they use one and it counts down.
What's new
- The bar shows itself for duels: from a challenge or the countdown until 30 seconds after the duel, hidden the rest of the time.
- Minimap button: left-click turns Counterclock on or off, right-click switches between automatic and always shown. Drag to move it. Also /ccl on, off, auto and minimap.
- The addon list shows the Counterclock logo.
- Key Bindings now has its own Counterclock section (existing bindings are kept).
- The cast strip shows your opponent's spells that have a cast bar (heals, Polymorph, Fear, Frostbolt and the like); instant spells never reach any addon.
