Version 1.2.1

Fixed: The addon settings menu was missing from the game's Options panel (ESC > Options > AddOns).

Fixed: Settings (such as hiding the background, locking the frame, or adjusting the scale) were not being saved after a /reload or logging out.

Fixed: The .toc file was missing the SavedVariables declaration, which caused World of Warcraft to wipe all configuration data.

Improved: Refactored the initialization sequence. The addon now waits for the ADDON_LOADED event to ensure your saved preferences are fully loaded before drawing the UI or generating the settings menus.

Improved: Frame position and scale are now applied safely right after data loading, preventing the addon from resetting to default values.
