Council Cue is a lightweight raid helper for mage tanks during High Nethermancer Zerevor on Illidari Council.

Cues

SAFE - The mage has stolen Dampen Magic and can continue tanking.

STEAL NOW - Zerevor has Dampen Magic and can be Spellstolen.

WAIT BLESSING - Zerevor has Blessing of Spell Warding and is temporarily immune to Spellsteal.
