- Added swimming mount functionality

Put in the name of your favorite water mount in settings and If your character is under water, then your swimming mount will be chosen when your mount key binding is pressed, however if your character is on the surface of the water (i.e not fully submerged), then your out of water (zone applicable) mount will be chosen as per usual.
