Daniel Pittman:
    - Add Draenor fish to "combinable"
    They feel more like openable, but behave in-game like combinables,
    needing N of a certain size to turn into the actual usable bits.
    - Add WoD low level profession gathering combinables
    Low level gathering professions can now level by using high level nodes,
    and getting fragments rather than full items.  This adds the full set of
    bits from the range of professions to the database.
    - Add some WoD mats to combine
