/cdt enable to enable cooldown tracking for the character
/cdt show to show the cooldown timer GUI
/cdt print to print current cooldown timer data
/cdt disable to disable cooldown tracking for the character
/cdt reset to reset the character's timer data
Updates cooldown timers / syncs data on player login / logout only
