Cooldown Request

• added a hide when solo option (default is on)
• added more validation and automatic cooldown setting for known spells to non-addon players
• fixes to stuns/interrupts system for personal use
• added cast counting and warning after a specific number of casts
• added automatic system for setting stun/interrupt targets

• added default spells for each class, just need to enable announce for the required spells (deleting all spells will re-add the default ones if desired)
• added stun rotation system and button
• added a system to add players without the addon installed to a request list and send a chat whisper instead (for a WeakAura or other method)
