New addon logic that require manual setup:
1. Outside of PVP instance open Cooldown Manager and fix your profile
2. Make sure you have maximum of 4 layouts
4. In CDM Tools Press [Auto Reload] so it will become available 
5. In CDM Tools Press Save and activate and confirm UI reload in pop-up
6. Confirm reload in pop-up after entering and exiting every PVP-instance
