Switched to Ace3 so many things have changed

Added customisation of the buff Bars.

Added dynamic display for buff Icon and buff Bar.

All the error thrown in edit mode when using the nameplate anchor should be resolved 

Ordering the base cooldown/aura should be done in blizzard UI directly

The feature to add items/aura to the tracked list is kept for now on but will be removed in 12.0
