The Cooldown Buff Debuff Tracker ZulgAuras addon is a lightweight, customizable visual tracking solution for World of Warcraft that displays important timers on horizontal timeline bars. It specializes in tracking three categories of time-based effects:

1. Cooldowns: Shows remaining time on player abilities, including Season of Discovery Runes (from spellbook tab 4) and items through multiple detection methods:

   • Direct spellbook scanning (all tabs)
   • SpellID-based detection
   • Action bar cooldown tracking
   • Inventory item cooldown tracking

2. Buffs: Tracks player-applied buffs with remaining duration under 30 seconds

3. Debuffs: Monitors player-applied debuffs on the current target with remaining duration under 15 seconds

Key Technical Features:

• Three separate timeline bars with independent positioning and scaling
• Visual time markers (5s, 10s, 15s, etc.) on each timeline
• Icon-based representation with countdown text
• Comprehensive settings panel accessible via minimap button or "/za" command
