Fixed: Flask and Elixir not detected on raid members

  • UnitBuff does not return SpellIDs for other players in TBC Classic — only for your own character
  • Added name-based fallback detection for Flask, Battle Elixir, and Guardian Elixir alongside the existing SpellID check
  • Flask detection now catches any buff containing "Flask" or "Fläschchen" in the name
  • Elixir detection falls back to a list of known English and German buff names

SpellID table corrections (verified in-game)

  • 28490 = Elixir of Major Strength (was incorrectly labeled as Shadow Power)
  • 28502 = Elixir of Major Armor (was incorrectly labeled as Draenic Wisdom)
