Connoisseur & Restocker

2026.08.25.A (2026-08-25)

Full Changelog Previous Releases

  • Merge pull request #34 from Gogo1951/ignore-list-scopes-and-locale-sync
Add Ignore List scopes, arena readiness guard, and full locale sync
  • Add Ignore List scopes, arena readiness guard, and full locale sync
As a player with several characters, I wanted one place to say "never pick
this item" that could apply either to a single character or to the whole
account, so that a food I dislike on my Rogue does not have to be re-ignored
on every alt. This change adds a scoped Ignore List panel and brings the rest
of the add-on into line behind it.
    Ignore List
    • New per-scope tree panel (Options/Options-Ignore-List.lua) with an
account-wide Global list plus one list per character.
    • New Features/Ignore-List.lua owns both halves, additively: an item on
either list is invisible to every macro's selection.
    • Promoting an item to Global clears it from every character's list, so it
      lives in exactly one place.
      Readiness
    • The ready-check report now stays silent inside a PvP Arena. Arenas block
buff food, scrolls and pet food, so the report could only nag about things
      the player cannot fix there.
      Restocker
    • Crafting reagents buy all-or-nothing per vendor, so a merchant stocking
vials but not dust no longer fills bags with half a recipe.
    • Merchant runs report filled and partly-filled orders separately.
      Localization
    • All ten non-enUS locales reconciled against enUS: four new Ignore List
keys translated per locale, two retired keys removed, and the section's
instructional comments brought back into line.
    • Every locale now carries an identical 332-key set with matching
      placeholders.
    • Fixed subject-verb agreement in the enUS Restock List upgrade message.
      Housekeeping
    • Corrected stale comments in Features/Core.lua, localized the mini-map
tooltip's uncached-item row, and converted the two Restocker options
      files to house comment style.
Verified: every file parses under luac -p, luacheck . is clean at 0
warnings across 60 files, and all Lua is StyLua-default formatted.

  • Normalize line endings to LF
As a maintainer reviewing pull requests, I needed diffs to show only the
lines that actually changed so that review is possible at all. This change
runs the one-time git add --renormalize . that should have accompanied
.gitattributes: main's blobs still held CRLF while * text=auto eol=lf
asked for LF, so every subsequent commit rewrote whole files.
Line endings only across 88 files, no content changes (verified with
    git diff --cached --ignore-cr-at-eol).

  • Add initial .luacheckrc configuration file
  • Update .pkgmeta
