ConquestPoints

Hi.

I've updated the mod for the higher cap you can reach since the last patch. I've also cleaned up a lot and removed the rating tracker.
It's now only a simple chatframe-based addon, which allows you to calculate conquest points nearly 100% accurate.

Use /cp <rating> to calculate the conquest points to the specific rating..

You have also the possibility to use /conq instead of /cp to avoid issues with the tidy plates clean plates-mod.
