Bringing the Mage vending machine back! Adds a panel to the trade window that moves conjured food and water based on the trade partner's class and level.
What's new

- Optional minimap button using the Conjured Muffin icon: left-click turns the trade panel on or off (with a chat notice), right-click opens settings, drag to move it
- "Show minimap button" checkbox in settings
- `/cafe toggle` turns the trade panel on or off
- `/cafe panel` brings up the panel without a trade, for testing
- Trades are still logged while the panel is turned off
- Panel position is only saved when you drag it during a real trade
- Version number shown in settings
