Congrats60
This is a straightforward addon that sends a congratulatory whisper to a player that has had their level 60 achievement globally broadcasted. Gz Grats Gratz!
Send a hearty congratulations to someone who just hit 60! Must be playing on a server that broadcasts level 60 in chat. If the character is on the opposite faction, the whisper will not be sent.
Default message is Congrats!. Whether it's Gz, Gratz, Grats, Congratulations!, Great Job! I highly recommend changing it to something new! You can use %s to put the character's name in, but I think the more it looks like it was automatically sent, it won't feel as nice to the receiver.
Commands are
/Congrats60 popup -- opens a menu to set message and delay
/Congrats60 setmessage <Message> -- If you don't want to use the GUI and feel like a leet hacker
/Congrats60 setdelay <number>
