ConditionalSpeech allows the use of macro conditionals (e.g., [combat], [nocombat], [mod:shift]) and targetting (e.g., [@focus], [@targettarget]) with WoW's speech commands (e.g., /s, /y, /p, etc.). The "%t" unit qualifier will be set to be the target selected.
