Cooldown Manager Support

Conceal now supports Cooldown Manager UI elements, allowing them to be faded and revealed using the same rules as other supported frames.

The following elements are now supported:

• Buff Icon Cooldown Viewer
• Essential Cooldown Viewer
• Utility Cooldown Viewer

These elements:

• Fade when inactive
• Become fully visible during combat, when a target is present, or on mouseover
• Can optionally remain concealed during combat unless hovered

No Other Changes

• No existing behavior was modified
• No defaults were changed
• This update only adds support for additional UI elements
