Compact Loot Rolls Forever

• Compact, movable loot roll bars that replace the default group loot frames
• Vote counters: see who chose Need / Greed / Pass (hover the item name for player names)
• Upgrade hint: green +N item level tag on the icon
• Optional auto-roll for Poor / Common / Uncommon items (bind-on-pickup items are never auto-rolled)
• Sound when a roll starts
• Settings window and minimap button, test mode for positioning (out of combat)
• Appearance options: scale, width, height, font size, background opacity, bar texture
