Added

• Settings window (380×520px) with gear button on overlay title bar and /ctext settings command
• Overlay section: width slider (200–500px), background opacity slider, content opacity slider, lock position checkbox, frame strata dropdown
• Minimap section: show/hide checkbox, reset position button
• Pull timers section: checkboxes for 5/10/15/20/30s — dynamically updates overlay pull buttons
• Messages section: add message EditBox, per-row reorder (↑/↓), delete (x) with confirmation, and hide toggle (O) controls
• Hidden messages are dimmed in settings and excluded from the overlay without being deleted

Changed

• Pull buttons in overlay are now dynamic (read enabledPullTimers instead of hardcoded 10s/15s)
• DBM Pull Timers section (separator + label + buttons) is hidden entirely when no timers are enabled
• Lone pull button (odd count) expands to full width
• New DB defaults: frameWidth, frameOpacity, frameAlpha, lockPosition, frameStrata, pullTimers, enabledPullTimers
