Removed
- The dead combat-log code path, and with it the features that only worked through it: Overkill images, the "Crit Gap" minimum-damage setting and the Kill Count. None of them can work on Forever, where the combat log is unavailable.
- The Overkill art, an orphan sound file, dead localization strings and other unused code left over from earlier versions.
