Combo Point Counter

Fixed

• Finisher colors now show for druids and for rogues whose maximum is 5 combo points. Before, the default threshold of 6 meant they never appeared.
• The counter no longer blocks mouse clicks on the world behind it. It only reacts to the mouse while Shift is held, so Shift + drag still moves it.
• Typing in an options box is no longer wiped when you change another setting.
• "Force Number" no longer stays on after a reload or relog.

Changed

• Options boxes now save when you press Enter, press Tab or click away. Escape cancels the edit.
