Combined Bank

• Rewrote the addon to work with the new tab based bank system (also works with the Warbank!).
• Displays bank/warbank in groups of 3 tabs at a time.
• Reoriented a tab to be 14 rows of 7 (vs the default 7 rows of 14) with a spacer between the tab groups.
• Moved search/deposit buttons out of the main window space to the edges/borders to optimize the space.
• Removed the options window as there are not any current customizations with the new layout.
