Combat Text Beautifier

Configuration options for default Floating Damage Text and Scrolling Combat Text
The addon allows to configure the default Blizzard Floating Damage Text (FDT) and Scrolling Combat Text (SCT) features. They have no built-in options at the moment.
The addon allows to configure the following FDT options:
* font family (from those provided by the addon);
* enable/disable damage done to target;
* enable/disable pet damage done to target (melee/spell);
* enable/disable periodic damage done to target;
* enable/disable healing done to target.
The addon allows to configure the following SCT options:
* font family (from those provided by the addon);
* font size;
* crit message min/max font size;
* control which events are displayed.
