Combat Log Toggle

• Creates a small window to show the combat logging status and includes an enable/disable toggle button 
• Creates a small mini indicator icon near the chat frame that will show the combat log status

Open the options panel by typing /clt

• Enable/Disable the mini indicator.
• Save / Load / Delete position presets to ensure the toggle window is placed where you want it.
• Enable/Disable showing the toggle window when
  • Entering an instance
  • Ready Check
  • Player Login
