Combat Alert by soundz

CombatAlert shows a customizable on-screen text alert whenever you enter or leave combat — great for streamers, situational awareness, or just style points.

Features:

• Custom enter/leave text — set your own message for entering and leaving combat, or use the built-in localized defaults (English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Portuguese, Italian)
• Independent toggles — enable/disable the enter alert and leave alert separately, or turn the whole addon on/off
• Custom colors — pick any color for the enter text and leave text via a color picker, with one-click reset to defaults
• Sound alerts — optional sound cue on enter and leave, chosen from a built-in list (Soft Ping, UI Click, Minimap Ping, Invite Chime, Whisper, Quest Complete, Achievement, Alarm Clock, Ready Check)
• Font picker — choose from all fonts registered with LibSharedMedia plus built-in WoW fonts, with a live hover preview
• Text outline styles — None, Outline, or Thick Outline
• Adjustable size — font size slider from small to large
• Adjustable duration — control how long the alert stays on screen
• Animation styles — Fade, Slide Up, Slide Down, or instant (None)
• Draggable, lockable position — unlock to freely drag the alert anywhere on screen, then lock it in place
• Preview buttons — instantly preview your enter/leave text, color, and sound without needing to enter combat
• Minimap button — left-click to open settings, right-click to quickly toggle the addon on/off, with a tooltip
• Addon Compartment support — also accessible from the Blizzard addon compartment menu
• Slash commands — /combatalert or /calt, with on, off, toggle, lock, and unlock arguments
• Restore defaults — one-click reset of all settings (with confirmation)
