Coby's Crest Exchange

Settings, docking and reliability update for the better crest exchange.

• Settings are redesigned into three pages (Exchange, Interact key, Window) with picture tiles.
• New option to stop the addon from turning on the game's Enable Interact Key for you.
• Choose what happens when you reach Vaskarn (full window, small tab or stay closed), separate from folding. Pick where the window docks: Prefer right, Prefer left, Automatic or Saved position.
• The Get page picks the lowest tiers first when they cover your amount.
• Review shows each crest's icon, its balance after opening, and a tooltip.
• Locked trades list your gear slots in a table with the item level each needs.
• Copy buttons now say to press Ctrl+C.
• Fixed: a finished plan's receipt now totals every step.
• Fixed: plans stop before a step whose price changed, so you can plan again.
• Fixed: unrelated game errors during a purchase are no longer read as Vaskarn refusing it.
• Fixed: Keep at least is respected even by a tier that isn't spent.
• Fixed: with saved data from a newer version, nothing is bought or written until you update.
