CIT now detects and syncs with players running other interrupt addons - no setup required
Supported addons: BliZzi Interrupt Tracker, Mythic+ Interrupt Tracker, IntFeed, M+ Interrupt CC & CD Tracker, OmniCD (Sync Mode), ZenTracker
Players on foreign addons show exact cooldown bars with no estimation badge (~)
CIT-native users always take priority; foreign sync never overwrites live CIT data
All six addon message prefixes are registered automatically on login and zone change

Added 5 color themes: Midnight (default), Ember, Crimson, Emerald, Violet
Theme selector added to OPTIONS tab; changing theme applies instantly
Increased spacing throughout the config panel - section headers, sliders, dropdowns, and checkboxes all have more breathing room
Slider value labels now sit further above the track for better readability

Grow up mode: frame now anchors to the bottom edge so bars grow upward correctly and the player bar stays in place when party count changes
Frame position is saved and restored using the correct anchor edge based on grow direction
Dragging in grow-up mode no longer causes the frame to drift on bar count changes

Fixed grow direction: frame now anchors to the correct edge so bars always grow away from the player bar
- Grow down: top edge is fixed, party bars extend downward below the player bar
- Grow up: bottom edge is fixed, party bars extend upward above the player bar
Position is now saved and restored using the correct edge (top or bottom) based on grow direction
Dragging the frame in grow-up mode no longer causes drift when bar count changes
