clownsil loot

clownsil loot is council loot for guild raids. One loot master runs EP/GP bidding. In a party, that person is the group leader.

Raiders bid Need (paying extra), Need, Greed, or Pass. The master ends bidding, awards the item, and can revoke or re-award from the saved bids. Standings update from the loot master only. When a raid starts, everyone else gets one prompt to accept those standings.

The window has the boss and drop list, the bid table, and an EPGP tab with priority and a per-player changelog for the current run. A minimap button opens it. Hover an item and press the announce key to put it up for bids. Export copies the roster as a string the next loot master can import.

Test mode lets you try the window outside a raid. It turns off when a raid starts, and only the leader or loot master can enable it.
