Given that the two checkboxes and search input of the ClassicProfessionFilter addon are now in their own little frame on top of the profession pane, the position for the bookmark icons can now be the same all the time.

There's also no longer a need to hide the two standard dropdowns.

Tested together (with different combinations of enabled/disabled): ClassicProfessionFilter, CloudyTradeSkill, ElvUI, TradeSkillMaster, and Leatrix Plus.
