feat: Add game mode support and session control

This commit introduces the following new features:

• Multi-mode support: Different fiber preferences can now be configured for Outdoor, Mythic+, and Raid content. The addon automatically detects the current game mode.
• Session control: Users can temporarily disable popup warnings via the /cfh sessiondisable chat command and re-enable them with /cfh sessionenable. A hint message is shown when a wrong fiber is detected.
• UI improvements to configure different fiber preferences for each specialization in each game mode.
• Slash commands were changed to reflect new functions and session control.
