CliqueBar
Shows you Clique bindings as an icon bar. Each bind as an icon with its key, a live cooldown, and a tooltip.

- Fixed the bar showing the wrong spell rank on WoW Forever: hovering a button now shows the spell rank the binding actually casts.
- Added support for the WoW Forever client: the base addon now also declares the Forever interface version, so it loads there alongside retail.
