Clickable Raid Buffs

- Added a customizeable Group Info module that offers information about your raid group and settings
- Reworked menu to accomodate a second row of tabs for better expandability and locale support
- Reworked Tea items to account for the change in their function after a recent nerf
  - Tea no longer works in any instances or in Silvermoon, and they are disabled in those places now
- Fixed (possibly? maybe?) an issue that would trigger runtime errors in PvP instances
- Fixed an issue that could prematurely hide certain buffs that have multiple triggering auras
