  • Add EllesmereUI support and wheel-grid layout
    Add support for EllesmereUI unit frames and extend the tooltip grid to display mouse wheel bindings. Changes include:
    • New FrameHandlers/EllesmereUI.lua to detect and hook EllesmereUIUnitFrames; README and .toc updated and optional dependency added.
    • Extend core/init.lua to recognize mouse wheel up/down, add wheel columns (headers, bodies, separators, icons), and include wheel columns in layout/size calculations. Grid mode now only shows spell-type bindings and ignores non-spell entries in the column layout.
    • Update Click-To-Cast-Tooltip-Settings.lua text to reflect the expanded mouse grid layout.
    • Bump addon version in Click-To-Cast-Tooltip.toc to 3.4.0 and add the new frame handler to the load list.
    • Add repository helper docs: .github/.instructions.md, .github/.prompt.md and a wow-addon-versioning skill under .github/skills.
      These changes add EllesmereUI compatibility and expand the three-column mouse grid to include Wheel Up/Wheel Down columns, improving support for scroll-wheel bindings and keeping the grid focused on spell bindings. Version bumped to 3.4.0.
