  • Bump .toc version and interface list
    Update Click-To-Cast-Tooltip.toc to target newer client interfaces: remove legacy 110205 and 110207 entries, keep 120000 and add 120001. Also bump the addon's version from 2.3.0 to 2.4.0 to reflect the changes.
