    Add TukUI support and update version to 2.2.0

    Added support for TukUI unit, party, and raid frames, including tooltip skinning and frame hooking. Updated the .toc file to version 2.2.0 and listed Tukui as an optional dependency. Updated README to document TukUI support. Added an icon image to the assets directory.

    Remove 'Macro:' prefix from macro action names in tooltip

    Updated the tooltip display logic to show only the macro name or 'Unknown' for macro bindings, removing the 'Macro:' prefix for consistency with other action types.
