### New Features

- Bag upgrade arrows are back for WoW Midnight (patch 12.x). Green, yellow, and red arrows now appear on gear icons in your bags, bank, and warband bank using a new hook-based approach that works with Midnight's rewritten container UI.
- Bag arrow settings (hide yellow/red arrows, suppress minor downgrades, downgrade threshold) now take effect immediately without requiring a bag close/open or item move.
- Added LootIcons.lua to the addon load order (the file was present but not registered — this fixes any loot icon features that may have been silently inactive).
