- **Dynamic DPS Scaling:** Implemented a dynamic multiplier system for DPS specs in Solo Mode that automatically elevates Primary stats and Haste on the fly.

### Improvements
- **Healer DPS Tuning:** Retuned hardcoded Solo Healer tables to severely deprioritize Mastery and favor Intellect, Crit, and Haste for faster open-world kill times.
- **Tank Momentum Tuning:** Retuned hardcoded Solo Tank tables to favor aggressive combat pacing over purely defensive block/mitigation stats.
- **UI Tooltips:** Updated the Options panel dropdown and header tooltips to explicitly inform users that Haste, Speed, and Leech are heavily weighted in Solo mode.

- Refactored `GetWeightsForSpec` to handle the new dynamic tables and global tertiary injectors without inflating the file size of `weights.lua`.
