Fixed

- `GetAddonVersion()`: uses `C_AddOns.GetAddOnMetadata` when present, then falls back to `GetAddOnMetadata`, so `/cleanart version` and help output keep reading the `.toc` version on clients where the legacy global is missing or deprecated.
