Fixed

- `GetCandidates()`: known end-cap globals are appended only when non-nil so `ipairs` no longer stops at the first missing left/right cap and skips valid frames later in the list.
- `BuildCapsCache()`: `visited` is cleared before each scan root so alternate roots (e.g. `MainActionBar` vs `MainMenuBarArtFrame`) get their full per-root visit budget instead of sharing one traversal map.

Changed

- Edit Mode exit: after cache invalidation, `ApplyState()` always runs (not only when griffons are hidden) so shown users also refresh candidate frames after layout edits.
- Settings search: localized `SEARCH_KEYWORDS` per locale (Ukrainian, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese) in addition to English terms.
- Debug mode: failed `SecureHide` / `SecureShow` calls log the error when `CleanArtDB.debug` is on.
- `.toc`: restored localized `Title-` lines for supported client locales (as documented in 1.7).
- `ADDON_VERSION_FALLBACK` and `.toc` ` Version`: 1.17.
