- `/cleanart options` (aliases `config`, `settings`, `menu`) — opens the addon’s Settings / Interface panel (same behavior as the addon compartment entry).
- `/cleanart chat`, `/cleanart chat on`, `/cleanart chat off`, `/cleanart chat toggle` — controls Show chat messages from the command line; always prints a short confirmation (like `status` / `refresh`). Cyrillic aliases `увімкнути` / `включить`, `вимкнути` / `выключить` for on/off.
- `PLAYER_REGEN_ENABLED` — `ApplyState()` after leaving combat so bar artwork is re-applied if the UI refreshed during combat.
- Localized help strings `CMD_OPTIONS`, `CMD_CHAT`, `CHAT_ON`, `CHAT_OFF` for enUS and all existing locale overrides.

Changed

- Slash registration runs after the options panel and Settings category exist, so `/cleanart options` cannot run before `CleanArtOptions` / `cleanArtCategory` are ready on the first frame after login.
- Settings search keywords (when supported) now include options and chat alongside existing terms.
- `ADDON_VERSION_FALLBACK` and `.toc` ` Version`: 1.13.
