Added

- `/cleanart help` and `/cleanart ?` — print the same command list as an unknown argument (always available).
- `PrintHelp` now includes `/cleanart version` (localized `CMD_VERSION` for all supported locales).

Changed

- `GetCandidates()` deduplicates frame references so the same end-cap widget is not processed twice when multiple global paths resolve to one frame (same hide/show behavior, slightly less work).
- `ApplyState()` only syncs options checkboxes when `CleanArtDB` exists (defensive guard).
- `ADDON_VERSION_FALLBACK` and `.toc` ` Version`: 1.11.
