Claw Calc

- New: shared Claw design. Look (Auto / Blizzard / Dark), background opacity, window scale and minimap button can be set for all Claw addons at once in the Claw Suite, or per addon in the design window (/cc design or the "Design" button).
- Fixed window layering: the window comes to the front when clicked and no longer mixes with other windows.
