Initial release.

- XP/hour box with XP gained, time elapsed and time to level. Drag to move.
- XP is read from the game's XP events only. Nothing polls.
- Session clock starts when you first enter combat (or first gain XP) and can be paused and resumed.
- Sessions survive /reload and short disconnects.
- XP Log window, opened from the + on the box, with All, Mobs and Quests views.
  All: every gain in order with raw, rested and total XP.
  Mobs: per-mob kills, average raw XP, rested and total.
  Quests: turn-ins by name.
- Exploration XP is logged by zone name.
- Pause/Resume and Reset (with confirmation) buttons in the log footer.
- Commands: /xpt, /xpt log, /xpt start, /xpt pause, /xpt resume, /xpt reset, /xpt check.
