ClassicLevelingForever 1.4.0 — Release

• Align the release version with ClassicLeveling; packaging now rejects different versions.
• Port ClassicLeveling 1.4.0 to WoW Forever 1.60.1 (interface 16001).
• Preserve rolling XP rates, session averages, bag vendor value, character level, the expandable 100-row mob history and usable gear-upgrade borders.
• Adapt native/combined bags, BetterBags, tooltip, spellbook and live talent APIs.
• Rename the addon, UI, commands and per-character profile to ClassicLevelingForever. Open it with /clf.
• Keep restricted Forever combat data unknown: zero-XP kills are unavailable; exact kill time and XP/s display --; protected mob levels display ?.

Validation: 177 automated Lua 5.1 checks and 10 comparisons with current ClassicLeveling; simulated APIs, not a live-client certification.
